Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for routine physical and chemical testing, content testing, and microbiological testing of raw materials, auxiliary materials, semi-finished products, intermediates, finished products, and process water; control product quality; and record, organize, and archive the results; 2. Responsible for the daily maintenance and cleaning of testing instruments, and for the testing, management, and recording of these instruments; 3. Fill out inspection records in a standardized, complete, and timely manner, and analyze and handle any abnormal situations that arise during the testing process. Job Requirements 1. Junior college or above, majoring in chemistry or food-related fields; 2. Good communication, coordination, and analytical problem-solving skills; 3. Those with experience in microbiological testing will be given priority.
