In recent years, it has increased investment in scientific research, focused on technological innovation, strictly adhered to technological processes, and implemented lean manufacturing with 7S management standards. It has introduced various advanced production instruments, including atomic fluorescence spectrometers, high-performance liquid chromatographs (HPLC), and atomic fluorescence spectrometers, as well as independent hygiene testing rooms and laboratories equipped in both the old and new factory areas. All workshop production and auxiliary equipment adopt high-end brands such as Tuopu and Tianli, which are among the manufacturers of production equipment for the domestic and international pharmaceutical industries. It adopts international quality inspection standards, advanced production equipment in high-precision and intelligent metal detection, and other aspects. With whole-process closed material conveying, modern clean production workshops, a sound quality management system and a production site management system, it promotes the implementation of scientific lean management theories.It monitors the energy consumption of each production unit in real time, strictly implements domestic and foreign pharmaceutical and food standards, comprehensively guarantees production work, and continuously empowers the brand with practical actions.
Manufacturing Workshop
Penglai Marine's production project is located in the Penglai Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, with a total construction area of 50,800 square meters, including production workshops, raw material and finished product logistics warehouses, administrative office buildings, R&D centers, and corresponding auxiliary facilities and buildings.
The total construction area of the workshops is 9,350 square meters, with more than 200 sets of equipment purchased. It is a multi-functional production workshop integrating various dosage forms, including 4 powder product production lines,3 dry granulation lines, 1 wet granulation production line, and 2 automatic packaging production lines, focusing on the production and processing of nutritional fortifiers such as calcium, magnesium, and zinc. The workshop introduces a new automated and digital production system, with conveying, bagging, sealing, and stacking all achieved through mechanized operations. The production workshop adopts a top-down scientific layout, realizing closed material transportation throughout the entire process, creating a modern clean production workshop, a sound quality management system, and a production site management system. The production workshop was officially put into use in May 2024.
